Yes, I do think he has power now. He changes the live of people all over, he influences people and tries to do things to help people and to help the community. He has acheived these goals.

2) Do you think Luis is a leader? Why or why not? Yes, he is a leader. He fights for his goals and for other people, he gets things done and leads people to do things.
